The 26th day of January: the 26th run of January.

It was an outside run. Which is a miracle considering I had a full day of teaching followed by an hour intervention session at the end of the day.

It was pretty dark by the time I got out.

Another 3 miles done.

It was a very long stressful day today. I didn’t feel all that great today, then throw in some annoying kids, and I was glad the day was done.

It was yet another treadmill run: 3 very gentle miles.

It was another treadmill run today: 5km.

7 days to go. I have nothing else to say.

It was a dark run tonight.

It was also cold.

So it was full winter kit: double top, running tights, big socks, buff, gloves, hat and headtorch.

3.8 miles.

It was a lovely afternoon for a run, albeit a bit cold. A nice little pootle out on the main road into the village and back.

3 miles. Done.

Squeezed a little 30min treadmill run in this afternoon. 3 miles.
