Garden circuits.

5 stations:

  • Triceps – Dips/Rows
  • Abs/Core – Sit-ups/Bicycle Legs
  • Biceps – Curls
  • Legs – Squats/Lunges
  • Shoulders – Shoulder Presses

45 secs on each exercise. 15 secs rest.

Done before 10am. Nice.
