This month, when I have been running, it’s been lots of 3-milers. So this morning’s run was a tad longer.
Out before 7am – 5 mile loop of the village. It was a beautiful morning.

Back on the bike today. I was on the bike earlier on in the month, however that time it was just a short ride. Today was a long bike ride. That counts as a different activity, right?
A ride to the Queens Head in Thurlton for refreshments, and back again. 12 miles.



It was a warm one today and I really wanted to just go for a lovely run in the sun when I got home.
Forget about trying to do a different activity and just go for a run.
That’s exactly what I did.
3.6 mile gentle run to the river and back. Nice.


This is a good one…
It has been far too warm to get out for a run, unless of course late in the evening, which I definitely haven’t been feeling.
So today, I give you mowing the grass and press ups!
Every time I emptied the mower of grass I did 10 press ups. The outcome: a lovely looking garden and 60 press ups! Done.
Three weeks in. Still going.
Today was Sports Day at school and I was tasked with Javelin. So although I didn’t throw a javelin I was very involved with organising, measuring and encouraging. So I’m having that as my daily activity.
Done.
Done a few runs over the last 19 days. I’m afraid today’s activity is another run.
Only difference is it was an evening run.
Does that count as a different activity?
