It was a swim after work today.
42 lengths of the pool. That sounds quite impressive. Until you realise the pool is quite an unusual size: 15.8m length. Total: 663 metres.
I feel as though I’m making some slight progress in terms of technique. Breathing felt a little easier. I didn’t drown.
