Run. Log. Blog.
Well, originally it used to be ‘run’, now it’s just any activity you want. Of course, to ‘log’ is easy, you log anything on Strava now. And, ‘blog’, well you’re reading this, so no explanation required.
The month started with a run, even with a slightly dodgy heel that I’ve been struggling with for the last three or so weeks. Apparently it’s plantar fasciitis. Hence the soft surface running.
So, today it was 19 laps of my local playing field.
