It was going to be a busy day today, so the plan was a quick weights session first thing.
6.30am. 20mins.
The session:
Curls x 5
Rows x 20
Sit-ups x 20
Squats x 20
Chest press x 20
Four times.
Kerry did a post-work pre-dinner workout.
Full body session with all sorts of weights.
