I have a year 10 tutor group, and over the 3 or so years we have been together we have been collecting fridge magnets of places we have been. We’ve got loads and they are all on the big heater at the front of the classroom.

We had a disaster overnight.

It was going to be a busy day today, so the plan was a quick weights session first thing.

Curls x 5

Rows x 20

Sit-ups x 20

Squats x 20

Chest press x 20

Four times.
