It was a weights session in the garage, somewhere between, work, dropping off the van for an MOT, dinner and Samaritans duty.

20 x sit-ups.

20 x chest press.

Kerry also did a home workout, although slightly longer than mine.

It was an early start for me – 7.30am – just as it got light enough to go on the roads without various ‘light me up’ accoutrements. Also, went a bit longer than of late.

Kerry’s yoga happened at the opposite end of the day: 8pm.
