We came 4th.

Played our Joker on ‘Famous Women in History’.

Busy evening. 3 mile on the treadmill. Listening to the latest Charlton Live podcast…entitled ‘Gutless Performance Analysis’ after our thumping by Millwall at the weekend.

Kerry did a home workout.

It was an early start for me – 7.30am – just as it got light enough to go on the roads without various ‘light me up’ accoutrements. Also, went a bit longer than of late.

Kerry’s yoga happened at the opposite end of the day: 8pm.

We went for a dog walk at the local woods. A lovely new bench has appeared.
