Janathon Day 20

It was going to be a busy day today, full day teaching, followed by parents’ evening, followed by Charlton on the box.

Therefore, I found myself at 6am, in the dark, heading to the garage, to do a workout in the makeshift gym.

Did five sets of the following:

  • 5 x curls
  • 20 x sit-ups
  • 20 x rows
  • 20 x goblet squats
  • 20 x chest press

Still managing to keep up with the daily piece of exercise!

It was a run tonight, crammed somewhere between getting in from work, having dinner and a Samaritans shift.

Laps of the playing field. Again. 15 of them.
