One of those busy days where I just managed a run between everything else.
Treadmill.

In other news…
Kerry got the weights out for a 30min upper body weights session.

Just for general wonderings…

It was a Samaritans shift tonight. We’ve recently moved into a new building.
We have a lift.

Exciting news.
I have treated myself to a new Garmin: Forerunner 165 Music.
It’s got a touch screen, you can download music to it, it tracks swimming, and I’m sure there are loads more features I will be way too geeky about.
For now. In all its glory, it is today’s picture…

Garage. Workout.

Kerry did a lunchtime home workout.

‘Waves’ by Sharon Dogar

Teenage fiction. I didn’t really like this book. It’s a sort of thriller about a teenager who had a surfing accident and ended up in a coma. However, she can sort of communicate with her younger sibling. Cue lots of repetitive ‘I thought I could hear her…I felt her…something seemed wrong…blah blah blah…’.
Not the best start to the reading year!

It was a cold morning so I headed to the garage for a treadmill run.
The plan was a 30min run, so I thought I’d include an incline as well. Initially set it for 10% but it soon became obvious that that was probably a little too steep, so it soon became 7%.
All good.

Kerry did yoga.
