Today’s photo is my healthy lunch. Chickpeas, falafel, avocado and salad.

Two weeks into Janathon and we’re both still going strong.
On a Wednesday I would generally go swimming after school, but a surprise whole school meeting was thrown at us tonight.
Instead it was home after the meeting for a run around the field in the dark.

It was a Samaritans shift tonight. We’ve recently moved into a new building.
