It’s been a busy day today:

• Early morning dog walk
• 4 hour Samaritans duty
• Front and back gardens mowed
• A couple of hours at the allotment – beetroots have been planted out and another row of spuds in

I had also intended on getting out for a longish run but have put that off until tomorrow.
