Janathon Day 20

It was going to be a busy day today, full day teaching, followed by parents’ evening, followed by Charlton on the box.

Therefore, I found myself at 6am, in the dark, heading to the garage, to do a workout in the makeshift gym.

Did five sets of the following:

  • 5 x curls
  • 20 x sit-ups
  • 20 x rows
  • 20 x goblet squats
  • 20 x chest press

Janathon Day 19

Still managing to keep up with the daily piece of exercise!

It was a run tonight, crammed somewhere between getting in from work, having dinner and a Samaritans shift.

Laps of the playing field. Again. 15 of them.

Janathon Day 18

It was a bike ride today.

Was planning on 10-miler, but decided to go to the Ravenous Cafe, as we were reasonably close at one point. Although actually getting to the cafe turned out to be slightly more tricky than anticipated. We got a bit lost. But found it in the end.

So the ride was a 15-miler in the end.
