The Triangle Challenge Day 10

It was a 4 mile run this morning so just a little bit more red added…

And a few more roads ticked off…

It was very windy this morning! I’m on half-term next week so hoping to finish the challenge. Probably only half a dozen or so roads left to run.

Highlight of the run? Spring is on the way…

The Triangle Challenge Day 9

A bit more red…

A Saturday morning run risking life and limb on the main road in and out of the village. When I say main road, I mean small country lane.

It was a lovely morning, bright and fresh. It was one of those long runs out and back, just over 7 miles in total. Got a few more roads ticked off.

That actually says…Hollow Way Hill. Done ✅

Went past a couple of these weird big stone things. Apparently they were put in various places around The Triangle for some anniversary. Although it does create a ‘Children of the Corn’ type vibe at times.

Highlight of the run? Bagged the Strava 10km badge.

The Triangle Challenge Day 7

Just a little bit more red today…

I had to run 7 miles tonight just to get the top corner complete.

It was a lovely run after a very long week – felt good to be pounding the country lanes. The biggest issue I had tonight was avoiding dropping into the pub on the way past.

Highlight of the run? Managed to start the run before it got proper dark and witnessed a lovely night sky.

The Triangle Challenge Day 6

More red…

Must be nearing half of all the roads ran on – although the half left are the roads furthest away.

Headed out in the lovely afternoon sun…

Down Lily Lane you can find the house with a head impaled on a stick. Nice.

A really lovely run in the sun. This was definitely what was needed after a busy week.

Highlight of the run? ‘Please slow – Geese’ – not sure if this was aimed at me or the geese 🤷‍♂️
