Janathon Day 6

Parkrun day.

Gorleston Cliffs parkrun.

I had a bit of a go at it this morning. But it was very cold and windy so time wasn’t one of my best.

Want to make more of an effort with parkrun this year, so good start to get to the first one of the year.

Janathon day 6. Done.

Janathon Day 4

It was a late run. First proper day – kids all back. Felt a bit hectic at times.

Completely dark once I got out, plus the headtorch was slowly fading as the run went on. At one stage I nearly broke an ankle by running into a speed bump! There was a small post indicating a speed bump was there – although I didn’t put two and two together at the time.

Felt pretty tired on the run, which I’m putting down to first full day of teaching for a couple of weeks. 3.7 mile run. Done.

Today’s Bob Ross:

You should be able to see me sitting on floor following speed bump incident.

Janathon Day 3

It was INSET day at school so was able to get out pretty sharpish for today’s run.

The run tonight incorporated both of my two different 3 mile loops of the village: making a 6 miler. It was just getting dark by the time I finished.

For today’s piece of Bob Ross art, he managed to catch me actually running across a lake:

Happy running everyone!

Janathon Day 2

It was a wet one today. Plenty of jumping over and avoiding puddles.

Did a little loop of the village, down to the river, past the church and back. 3.6 wet miles. Done.

Bob Ross’ thought of the day is not a thought, just a little drawing painting of me running through the snow:

Janathon Day 1

In all the excitement of not starting work yet and having a relaxing day, I completely forgot to blog.

It was a lunchtime run – 3.8 miles – lovely day.

I’ve not really got an amazing plans for Janathon this year – maybe just do a bit of running…

Today’s thought comes from Bob Ross:
