Saturday morning is often parkrun for me. Today it was my local one: Beccles Quay.

Briefing

Struggled a bit this morning, was going for a fast one, but legs couldn’t keep up. Official time: 22.46. It’s also not really a quick parkrun, very uneven terrain and a bit twisty. So I’m taking it!

I made it to parkrun this morning. Local one, Beccles Quay parkrun. It’s been cancelled for the last month or so because of flooding issues.

It was a lovely sunny morning.

I had a go at a fast one. But after 500yds it was clear it was going to be tough. Tried hard.
