It was an early run this morning. Popped over to the playing field opposite: 14 laps with a little go on each of the exercise machines in between.

Today was a trip to Great Yarmouth for a wander along the Public Art Trail.
There are 12 sculptures in all, focusing on themes of maritime and medieval history, arts heritage, seaside and transport.
