I snuck out of work early today to do a long run. I circumnavigated Rutland Water: 22 miles.

Didn’t fancy the washing up tonight so popped to Bella Italia for some lovely grub.

• 2 mile post-Parkrun run
• 3 mile dog jog

The avocado tree, at 6 months, is turning into a monster.

Finally plucked up the courage to sign up. 100km. 27th July.
