Early evening at the woods jumping in puddles, finding dinosaur footprints and avoiding bears.

Today we upcycled our old pouffe, that has been stuck in the garage for a few years, into a rather trendy new footstool.

Full on day today: alphabetised the vinyl.

Instead of a run today I dug around in the garage and found the bike.

It went something like this:

• 20 mile ride to Sleaford – lovely morning – the sun was shining even if it was a bit windy
• Spoons for breakfast
• 20 mile ride back home – rain in places
