This was the view when I looked out of the window this morning. This would have also been the view if I was at home at lunchtime. This was also the view when I got home after work. In a word: rain.
Just for general wonderings…

After what felt like one of ‘those’ days, dinner was always going to be a ‘lob it in the oven’ kinda day.
Trip to Tesco for chips.

Christening.

Tight calf.
Day 7 of Juneathon.

After yesterday’s seemingly harmless activity of running up and down the stairs, which resulted in a tight calf, a trip to the gym for a bit of a gentle bike ride was on the cards.
All in all a successful first week of Juneathon. 7 days, 7 activities.
Juneathon Day 7 = 9.3 mile bike ride
Juneathon totals:

After a rather long and emotional day, last day teaching my lovely year 11s, I couldn’t face running after work.
So I ran up and down the stairs 50 times. 650 steps up. 650 steps down.
Juneathon day 6. Done.
