The last time I ran a marathon was 9 years ago; on that occasion I treated myself to a Garmin running GPS watch thingy. 

Having recently decided that it is about time to run another marathon (one every 9 years would seem about right) – The Rutland Marathon – I thought I’d treat myself again. This time a TomTom….
