It was another swim at the end of the day in the school pool. That’s the strange sized pool.

After another hot day in the classroom it felt particularly good today. Just 3 days of Juneathon left.

Kesgrave parkrun.

We liked Kesgrave parkrun. Very flat, 100% grass, couple of laps around field, out to tree and back, then a run through the woods to finish.
