I had to go into the pond at the woods to save the dog. He went in and wasn’t able to get out. Bloody stupid dog.

On a plus point…got me in the mood for a bit of wild swimming.

Afternoon the pub.

I was in charge of dinner tonight: Bangin’ Satay Veggie Kebabs and Special Fried Rice.

The special fried rice was a complete success. The satay veggie kebabs less so, due in part to a lack of a decent blender which gave up a week or so ago. But also the fact I couldn’t be bother to skewer all the veg, so just shoved it in the oven. Hence the result: vegetable crumble.

Actually went for a little run today: 4 miles. All good; legs working.

Followed by an evening at the pub.
