This appeared on my classroom door recently – one of my lovely tutees spreading the love.

Headed to Rutland Water after school to run a few miles. It felt good tonight.

I’m focusing on trying to slow it down a bit with thoughts of an ultra at some stage this year. 13 miles at a steady pace with the last 3 miles fast.

Feeling strong.
