I have been attempting to grow an avocado. It has taken months to get to this stage.

Unbelievably, today is the 100th day of the year.

With only a couple of days left of the term it was the usual panic to get the English newsletter completed. Just some proofreading required before to wings its way off to parents.

One of my lovely Y11s is off to see her first ever gig tonight: Bear’s Den at Rock City. Not a bad start to her gigging experience.

I was enthused. Spent an hour or so listening to the first couple of LPs when I got in.

At school we have a flag system to inform students, dependent on the litter situation, whether or not they can go on the field. Green means good. Although there doesn’t appear to be a lot left of the flag. I know exactly how it feels.
