This is a menopause guide written for men. I started it quite a while ago and have finally got round to finishing it.
It is promoted as ‘your midlife survival guide for a healthier, happier life – together’.
What you actually get is talked at like you are a three-year-old. There might be some interesting ideas within it, but the patronising is just too much.
