It was a lazy start to the day. I did actually set the alarm so that I could make parkrun, however when it went off I was quick to decide against it. My excuse: Sleaford Half Marathon in the morning.

Instead, I headed off with the dog to the woods for a little stroll. It was a beautiful morning.

Ventured to the woods this afternoon for a bit of a run.

Did 3 or so miles on the trails. It was very muddy.

She has not been too well recently: pressure problems.

She had a visit today from a lovely man who aims to put an end to her miseries. He’ll be back next week.

It’s the second day of half-term. I’m at school. Enough said.

Been a pretty busy day today:
1. Out for breakfast with Mum before she headed home.
2. 5-miler on the treadmill at the gym.
3. An afternoon of marking.
4. Leaving an evening of fruit and football….

Had a few around for dinner today….
