It was a miserable morning. The local parkrun had been cancelled because it was flooded. So it was laps of the slightly waterlogged playing field.

Kerry went for a bike ride.

Chippy chips! The dog seems quite keen too!

Garage. Weights session. Including some punch bag action.

Dark run when I got in from work. Also, first run in the new trainers. Altra Escalante 4. Zero drop, roomy toe box.

A pretty regular loop of the village.

The mother of one of my year 7 students sent me this graphic novel. Apparently she’s in publishing and it came out today.
