After last night's slight serious life-changing injury today I struggled to do anything.
My finger had swollen to the size of a house; I could barely lift a piece of paper. My elbow felt like it was on fire and the blood I had lost from my grazed knees meant that I needed a blood transfusion. But being the brave soul that I am, I struggled on and managed to get through the day, despite looking like this…
Did this stop me Janathoning? Did it hell! Tonight's incredible feast of exercise: 2 min 10 sec plank.
Tonight's mantra: 'Tomorrow's Another Day'

very impressed thet you managed a plank with those injuries 😛
Wow, can’t imagine how you planked in all that plaster lol 😛
Wow, you did a plank in a full cast? HARDCORE 🙂
Us hardcore injured Janathoners can do almost anything you like – turbo with 90% burnt fingers and plank in head to toe cast – well done. Hope you feel better soon 🙂
no amputations so what are you complaining about? besides planking in a cast is easy if you think about it!
Wow you are definitely all man! Amazing how you carried on after sustaining such injuries
As the matter of fact, planking in that cast must have been easier than without :-). And indeed, tomorrow IS another day!
