Bought a fantastic vegan cookbook: ‘Bish Bash Bosh!’

Yesterday I was creating magic with tofu, I conjured up the ‘Giant BLT’. It was beautiful.

So today I went one step further and had a go at ‘Home-made Melty Cheese’. It is currently cooling on the side. Fingers crossed.
