The plan was a longish run this morning, although having not run for the last week because of a tight calf, it was never going to be very long.
Settled for 11 miles to, and around, Bourne Woods. Calf felt fine so I’m planning on another longish run after work tomorrow.
I’m getting closer to running a 100km in the Summer – I’ve book a B&B. Now just need to pluck up the courage to actually sign up to the run.
