It is impossible to read this book and not make changes to your life.

What are the big takeaways from this? Impact of trail running on ecosystems? Endless pairs of running shoes going into skips? These and more? Sounds like a book I could get into.
It was an interesting read. Lots about reusing everything, don’t just keep buying stuff! But also travel and diet. I suppose everything we do has an impact – just that we need to think about it more. I’d recommend. (Very sciencey and lots of research – as you’d expect) – let me know your address and I’ll send it your way!!
