That was this morning’s treat for lots of running:

• Snowden Field Parkrun
• 2 mile post-Parkrun run
• 3 mile dog jog

The avocado tree, at 6 months, is turning into a monster.

Finally plucked up the courage to sign up. 100km. 27th July.

Better start doing some long runs…

I’m mentally getting closer and closer to signing up for the 100km run. Not quite there yet…
