Tuesday gym session after work – a beast of a session:
- About a thousand burpees
- A trillion press-ups
- Billions of metres on the rower
- Around a million squats
- A gazillion shoulder presses
We’re at the halfway point in Juneathon and everything still seems to be working. So we just keep going.
