Monday is normally a run, but due to a parents’ evening on Thursday, we’ve shifted gym to Monday and Wednesday this week.
Tonight’s session was a 40/25: 40 seconds of work followed by 25 seconds of rest. Six exercises: 6 reps.
- Weight from floor to above head – alternating between arms – can’t remember the actual name of it
- Dumbbell row – don’t think it’s called that either
- Squat thruster – that doesn’t sound right either
I don’t think I will quite make it as a personal trainer.
