I’ve been vegan for quite a while; but never really fully embraced tofu.
I’ve tried cooking with it a few times, and eaten it when out a number of times, but, for whatever reason, it has never become a staple part of my diet.
That is, until today. Today I experienced scrambled tofu. Only just remembered to take a picture.

I found the recipe online, but did a bit of tweaking.
Ingredients:
- Half a block of tofu
- Bit of olive oil
- Bit of turmeric
- Bit of nutritional yeast
- Would have had some black salt in it if I could have found it at the supermarket
Method:
- Crumble the tofu and fry it in the olive oil for a bit
- Add the other stuff and fry it some more
Boom.
