Janathon Day 21 (10 days to go)
This morning’s run was a lovely gentle run around Bourne Woods, well it was lovely as long as you ignored the drizzle. The plan today was just a gentle dog jog – and the way my legs were aching this morning I had no intention of changing it. Tomorrow’s run will be a long one.
Dog walkers passed = loads
Horses passed = 2
Horses passed that dog ignored = 2 (janathon must be getting to the dog as well because normally he goes crazy when he sees horses)
Car accidents that involved lamp-posts = 1

Q. Did you hear about the guy who lost his left arm and leg in a car crash?
A. He’s all right now.
Glad it’s not just me who’s taking some gentler exercise at the moment! 😉
Gentle run. 7 minute miles!
I think the bodysnatchers came during the night and took my lower half away and left me with someone elses! I can’t do 8mph when I’m pushing myself – well done on your gentle run!
Looks a great route in those woods. I hope you have some energy for tomorrow.
Is that the Bourne Woods where the frostbite race is being help next month? I hope it isn’t too muddy! (or too hilly).
It is indeed Bourne Woods – the majority of the tracks are fine – but the couple of muddy stretches are really muddy! Get your wellies out for frostbite!
