So it begins…a month of exercise. Tonight's opening blog post is not going to win any awards.
Due to my slight injury niggle I visited the gym tonight with the idea of doing a bit of exercise that didn't aggravate my dodgy calf.
The answer: cross-trainer.
Did 30mins without any adverse effects. Even managed some press-ups and some plank action to celebrate. Day one. Done.
Today's exercise:
Cross-trainer mileage = 2.78
Press-ups: 20
Plank: 69secs

Welcome and take it easy. Slow running heals many injuries… but cross trainer does the trick, too :-).
