Today, if we are going by the marathon training schedule, should have been a 7 mile easy run. However, in the real world, it was a rest day. It was Y11 parents’ evening and I didn’t get out of school until 8pm.
So by the time I got home and had had something to eat there was only one exercise that I could possibly partake in. Our friend. The plank.
The result? I smashed it. By a massive 7 seconds. New PB.
