It was another one of those days that felt quite hectic at times. So getting out to clear the head was exactly what was needed.

It’s a great spot for a run, although a bit windy at times. I’ve done the Saturday morning ParkRun a couple of times when there are over 300 people running 5k. I expect it was quieter today?
It was a really nice evening. No wind today, which if you’ve done Parkrun, you’ll know all about the wind!!!
