All rather boring today I'm afraid; I was at the gym again. However, I did risk the poorly calf by running there and back.
3 miles on the cross-trainer followed by a rather brisk 2000m row. Sorted.
Photos? Nope. Totals? Nope. I've got to get back to marking – if these essays aren't marked for the morning my Y10s may actually riot.
I like the idea of a “brisk” 2000m on the rower, however brisk usually only last about a quarter of that before it becomes… less brisk
