Juneathon Day 17

A gentle 30 min jog round the woods on a very muggy evening. But importantly, I seemed to have survived it without any aches and twinges. I think I might try a 'proper' run at the weekend.

Juneathon totals after day 17:

  • 0.46 miles mowing the grass
  • 14.2 miles run
  • 21.5 miles cross-training
  • 171 press-ups
  • 10,000m row
  • 12min 15sec in planks
  • 16 pointless extra walks between classroom and reception

In other news….

Project365 continues trundling along; today we reach day 168. After a couple of days planning for the new academic year, sorting groups, and generally dishing out various jobs…we're happy…



  1. Hey, well done. Seems like you are back to running – great! Take it easy and do report about your weekend run as I could use some motivation over here.
